According to your completed Success Meals™ questionnaire and the fitness goals we discussed, we have determined that your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR), or the calories your body needs to maintain itself at rest, comes to 1,890 calories per day.
In order to reach your targeted fitness goal and lose the body fat we have determined necessary, we will develop a meal program that is slightly below your BMR, which will enable you to shed those excess pounds. As such, we will go below your maintenance rate about 200 calories, which will bring your daily caloric intake to 1,700 calories.
